Parties are not legally bound to sell or purchase a property at this stage.

If buying, we will conduct relevant searches and make enquiries.

 If we are selling we will draft contracts accordingly.

A copy contract pack is produced which is then sent.

Once all matters are agreed each side will put forward an exchange date.

Exchange of Contract

Once contracts have been exchanged parties are now legally bound to fulfil their commitments.

Usually a 10% deposit is required.

A Completion date is agreed.


The Property is Transferred from the seller to the purchaser.

Money is transferred.
