We understand that buying a property as a home or for business purposes can be an overwhelming and stressful venture. Here are some of the areas we practice and give advice on:
Offer Accepted Subject to Contract
Parties are not legally bound to sell or purchase a property at this stage. If buying, we will conduct the relevant searches and make enquiries.
If selling, we will draft your contracts. A copy contract pack is produced, which is then sent. Once all matters are agreed, each side will put forward an exchange date.
Exchange of Contract
Once contracts have been exchanged, parties are now legally bound to fulfil their commitments. Usually, a 10% deposit is required. A completion date is agreed.
Completion
The property is transferred from the seller to the purchaser. Money is transferred, then the keys are made available.
